First timers
What do i need for my first time?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out liability waiver (linked below) and get an overview of megaformer machine & the studio.
Grip socks are required and available for purchase in the studio.
Make sure to watch the Anatomy of the Megaformer video below.
