Lets face it, having abs looks awesome. They make you look strong, and you get a lot of credibility from the workout community. But, it’s interesting that having that pretty 6 pack is hard to find. Many people are STRONG, and may have a flat tummy, but that six pack is hiding underneath…so, why is that?
Simply stated: FOOD.
